**_Job description_**

The function of the Team leader at HQ is to develop and nurture the potential of our consultants and in so doing achieve and exceed our business targets.

The Team leader is responsible for training and growing an Outbound leads generation team and follow best practise.

**_Role Overview_**

To nurture and grow team of leads generation agents within the call centre space by training, nurturing and motivating a team to achieve the daily and monthly production targets; and provide accurate daily and monthly reporting on individual and team performance.

**_Required skills_**
- Motivation of the team and supervision;
- Excellent Team Management skills;
- Training and upskilling the team;
- Growing the consultants;
- Creating a sustainable team dynamic and culture;
- Excellent coaching skills;
- Ability to provide daily, weekly and Monthly production reports.

**Experience**
- Minimum 12 months Team Leading experience preferably in an outbound Call Centre;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Competent at Excel;
- Exceptional people skills;
- High energy and a great motivator of people;
- Ability to react to a situation and provide appropriate and sustainable solutions;
Sales experience is an advantage.

**_Responsibilities and Work Outputs_**
- Train a team of outbound consultants on scripting and excellent call etiquette;
- Identify and train the appropriate 2IC’s;
- Monitor and ensure performance of leads generation agents;
- Monitor and ensure performance of leads Generation Team;
- Coaching of leads generation agents and ensuring the Team meets the quality standards;
- Enforcement of team discipline;
- Monitor and update the relevant production, performance and quality statistics;
- Ensure that the call dispositions are updated correctly;
- Ensure adherence to the companies rules, policies and procedures;
- Ensure that the core values of the company are adhered to;
