A chemical and Lubricant company based in Marrianridge, Pinetown is looking for a Debtors Supervisor to manage the Debtors for the group of companies.

The Main Responsibilities and requirements:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Collection and Customer Skills
- Strong Pastel Evolution Accounting Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills (English)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Able to create and update Debtors and management reports
- Create and maintain recons
- Work with age Analysis and contact customers for payments
- Management of invoicing and statements
- Manage other recons such as fleet and fuel
- Ensure team meets their deadlines and targets
- Other finance and adhoc related duties as required

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric with tertiary education
- At least 5 years experience in Debtors
- Able to do book keeping
- Own / reliable transport
- Good and dedicated work ethic

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
