**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan that outlines the timelines, resources, and tasks required to successfully upgrade SAP and migrate the database.

Establish and maintain project governance processes and communication channels with stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reports.

Manage project risks and issues, including identifying and mitigating potential risks and proactively resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Manage the project budget and ensure all expenditures are tracked and accounted for.

Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the standards of the organization.

Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in a timely manner.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and ensure their work is aligned with project objectives.

Ensure project outcomes are properly documented and knowledge is transferred to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Proven experience managing large-scale SAP upgrade and database migration projects and be familiar with SAPs upgrade methodology.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and lead project teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Experience with SAP modules, preferably SAP ISU, and DB2 databases.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
