B2b Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a partnership acquisition plan to build and maintain relationships with universities and other B2B partners.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify opportunities and source nurses from various suppliers.-
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and work with the team to deliver innovative staffing solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration or related would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare staffing, B2B sales or relationship management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
- Experience working with universities and international students advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
