**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Oversee and manage HVAC installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide expert-level technical support for HVAC systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality inspections on completed HVAC projects to ensure they meet industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Client Interaction**: Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs, offer technical advice, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspection, and replacement of components to prolong equipment life and optimize performance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment manuals, and project documentation.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all HVAC work meets compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, with a track record of successful project management.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems and equipment maintenance.
- **Technical Skills**: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex issues.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and guide a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and addressing their HVAC needs.
- **Safety Conscious**: Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work outside regular hours and respond to emergency calls when necessary.
