**Job summary**

Our client in the Corporate Education department seeks to hire a Skills Writer.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Minimum qualifications: honors degree
- Minimum experience: five to ten years in a similar position

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Use a variety of credible information sources to obtain relevant, up-to-date information
- Produce well-structured, comprehensive and polished study guides and supporting learning material
- Ensure material is plagiarism-free
- Able to format course material
- Support other units as requested
- Able to meet strict deadlines
**Key qualities**:

- Strong understanding of business and management (familiarity with the public sector and management experience are an advantage)
- Impeccable command of the English language
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communicator
- Self starter
- Professional, quick and accurate
- Able to work well within a team environment

COVID-19 considerations:
All visitors and staff members have to wear their masks inside the office. Sanitize and temperature checks are done at reception. This is a requirement.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Honours (preferred)
