**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Install, commission, and maintain water meters across various sites.
- Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical support for meter-related issues.
- Capture and maintain accurate data records in company systems and metering platforms.
- Manage client service requests, scheduling, and technical documentation.
- Support invoicing, stock control, and logistics processes.
- Liaise with clients and provide technical and administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to system integrations, platform updates, and digital reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant technical qualification (electrical, mechanical, or IT) advantageous.
- Previous experience in meter installation, utilities, or a related technical field preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database/software platforms.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field while also supporting office-based functions.
