**For the customer**, using Yebo Fresh means avoiding the hassle, cost and risk of overcrowded and/or expensive transport, long queues, and carrying heavy bulk goods.

**For FMCGs,** working with Yebo Fresh means direct access into Township retail (the mass market) and a great partnership for direct deliveries, customer insights, product testing, POS marketing etc.

**Now Hiring: Project Manager**

**Key Role Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assisting project roll out and keeping track of key milestones
- Giving on the ground assistance to remote project lead.
- Coordinating production schedules with project timelines.
- Communication link between Yebo Fresh and partner organizations
- Tracking KPIs and distribution data.
- Handling on the ground issues and assisting with problem solving

**Skills and requirements needed to fulfill the role**:

- 2+ years of demonstrated successful experience in project management
- Affinity and experience with Townships and spazas is compulsory.
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English fluently to engage with our customers and all levels of the organization clearly and comfortably - the ability to speak an additional language is an advantage.
- Must have a good knowledge of working with spreadsheets and experience with using google sheets and other Project Management digital tools will be advantageous
- You must have a deep understanding of township dynamics and be fully comfortable operating in a township environment, as you will be spending a lot of time on the ground.
- A valid driver’s license and (access to) a car is advantageous.
- A background in Customer Marketing or working with in-store activations may be advantageous
- Able to manage time and workload effectively and without constant supervision
- You must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make decisions quickly and effectively, as well as the ability to process and communicate information clearly

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous

**Experience**:

- Project management: 2 years (required)
- Customer Marketing or Activations experience: 1 year (required)

**Contract Type**:Permanent Employment Contract with a 3-months probationary period.

**Compensation**:R24 000 (TCTC)

**Reporting to**: Commercial Director
