**Your mission**:

- Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability
- Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations
- Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan
- Technical team support in shared maintenance activities
- Allocate team resources to areas where required to ensure optimum availability and efficiency of equipment
- Deliver weekly and monthly maintenance team reports
- Effective team supervision of the CMS workshop team

**Your profile**:

- Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).
- Mechanical Trade Certificate.
- National Diploma (Pulp & Paper) advantageous.
- 5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment.
- 1 - 2 Years leadership experience would be advantageous.
- Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment advantageous.
