- Relevant 3-year technical degree/diploma is essential.

Key Accountabilities:
- End-to-end programme management, governance and delivery of a diverse range of projects or work streams, on time and within budget to realise measurable financial benefit
- Ensure the Operation is ready to support the required change through strong stakeholder management, presenting clear targeted communications, expectations, and accountabilities.
- Drive sustainable improvements in Customer Experience & Business efficiencies, using accepted project management methodologies.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, proactively intervening to remove barriers to change and course correction accordingly
- Lead, direct and manage Project resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and to Supplier and Customer expectations using standard project management tools, techniques and methods. Provide direct client interface and ensure service excellence deliver.
