Our client a banking institution needs the services of an Application Cyber Security Consultant for a short contract to work mainly remotes and on-site (when/if required). **NO CHANCERS PLEASE** -Only those meeting the below specs need to apply.

**Qualifications,**
- Degree or Postgraduate Qualifications in IT or Engineering
- Relevant Cyber Security Certifications

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven expertise/ experience in “**Shift left concepts**”
- Top consulting experience especially supporting financial institutions and working with C-Suite Executives
- Knowledge and experience of concept known as the “as code” model in the industry (networking as code, security as code, etc.)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the client in understanding the modern day cyber threat landscape,
- Assess the maturity of the bank’s cyber security capabilities and define a strategy to become cyber resilient
- Support the bank to assess vulnerabilities related to cyber-attacks Strengthen the bank’s security infrastructure and cyber security analytics capabilities
- Help design information models by defining security architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Follow-up on the implementation of business and functional requirements of security services (focussing on identity management, authentication and access control)
- Assist in the design of the right enterprise and solution security architectures for our clients
