Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for a
**Creditors Controller** at our head office in
**Bonaero Park**. The successful applicant will report to the
**Accountant.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Full function of a creditors controller;
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and filing of invoices;
- Local & Foreign Supplier recons;
- Working closely with Logistics department and suppliers;
- Paying of suppliers as per agreement terms;
- Any other functions that you’ll be required to do from time to time e.g. Cash office;
- Supervision of creditors clerks;
- Assisting with difficult supplier reconciliations;
- Clearing of old queries;
- Maintaining creditors ageing days;
- Ad-hoc financial duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate;
- Must have working knowledge of Sage Line 500 or similar system;
- At least 10 years of Creditor role experience;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written).

- Ability to work in a pressurised environment, deadline and target-driven;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strict confidentiality;
- Willingness to work overtime when required;
- Immaculate timekeeping.
