**Purpose of the Job**:
To lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, and specified constraints of time and cost to deliver business value. The person appointed will report to the Departmental Head: Project Management office (PMO).

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses is on schedule and within scope and budget;
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel, and modify schedules and plans as required;
- Plan team resource needs; allocate, supervise and review work;
- Prepare project status reports, and keep management, clients and others informed of project status and related issues;
- Ensure budget requirements for projects are identified and submitted on time;
- Work closely with business-units and ICT to understand and prioritise business goals and information needs;
- Ensure the project governance is always adhered to for all projects
