Technician: Lab

**Purpose of the job**:
Responsible for total Quality assurance at the Production site which includes ensuring the effectiveness of Quality Control Management System and specifications which enables the production of high quality product.

Conduct daily quality control checks on incoming raw material, in-process product and finished/packed product.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- National Diploma in Food Technology / Analytical Chemistry/Food Science or equivalent

**Experience Requirements**:
1 - 2 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance Laboratory in the food industry

This to include at least 1 year exposure to Raw Material Analysis

GMP, HACCP and Supplier Quality Assurance experience

Knowledge and or experience of FSSC 22000 will be advantageous
