A well-established property agency in Pretoria East has recognized a unique niche in the property market for enhancing its digital presence. As part of their strategic growth, the goal is to eventually establish an independent media house that specialises in tailored online social media content creation for a range of small businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Design and produce compelling graphics and visual content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to tailor social media content that meets their specific marketing needs.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion without supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and graphic design.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to assist in the establishment of a new business venture.
- Strong spoken and written command of English and Afrikaans.
