**HostAgents - Operations Manager - Bloubergstrand**

We are an established short-term Holiday Rental company situated in Blouberg, with a full-time position available for an Operations Manager to join our team.

**Duties Include**:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings and take detailed minutes
- Writing and distributing all correspondence
- Managing your team’s performance and push for excellence
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintaining contact lists
- Resolving administrative problems
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports
- Providing general support to visitors
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients

This is a challenging job that will reward people who are self-motivated and hardworking. You will learn a lot and expand your horizons, while working with a fantastic group of people.

**Requirements**:

- Be proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to cope with a variety of different tasks
- Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **You have the ability to lead a team.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
