Single Accommodation Officer

**Job Advert Summary**:
To run the Single Accommodation and Catering effectively and efficiently in line with company policies and procedures.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3 Year qualification in Hospitality management or equivalent.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 3 years of supervisory experience in catering/accommodation facility environment.
- 1 year planning and budget control
- Knowledge of SAP
- Drivers licence
- Computer Literacy

**Primary Duties**:

- Budgeting, Planning, Costing and Control
- Administration management of single accommodation
- Management of catering and allocated meeting venues
- Inventory control
- Staff management

**Knowledge**:

- Budget and Cost control

- Inventory/Budget Control
