**Role description**:
The successful applicant will visit exam venues as requested by VICTVS. The visit involves completing a checklist and recording information about the venue access, facilities, services, exam room and technology. The successful applicant will have good attention to detail and be able to record information accurately. The checklist and any additionally required reporting must be submitted within 2 working days.

**Working hours**:
Each inspection will last up to [x] hours. You may be asked to visit more than one venue per day.

This work is offered on a freelance or contractor basis and is not a full-time position. You will be responsible for your transportation to and from venues. Only expenses that form part of our Allowable Expenses Policy will be considered.

**Rate**:
£100 GBP per day

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Planning travel to exam venue(s) for prompt arrival
- Meeting venue staff
- Recording exam venue information accurately
- Noting any observations or recommendations where necessary
- Capturing high quality photo and video to support the venue checklist
- Submitting a venue checklist and reporting to VICTVS

**Essential requirements**:

- English language (spoken and written)
- Smart phone that can take good quality photos and videos
- Able to communicate confidently, effectively, and professionally
- Able to demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills
- Accuracy / attention to detail
- Punctual / good time management
- Follows instructions confidently

**How to apply**:
Successful applicants will be required to complete an online training course and have a call with a member of our team. Our interview and training process can take up to three hours to complete.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: R2,015.53 per day
