**Job Title: Integrated Project Coordinator**

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination and seamless operations? We are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Project Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receipt of Project**:

- Open new projects and prepare necessary documentation to kick-start the project life cycle.
- **Allocation of Projects**:

- Efficiently allocate projects based on resources, timelines, and project requirements.
- **Project Costing and Inventory Management**:

- Prepare comprehensive project costing and manage stock quantities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- **Stock Order Management**:

- Take charge of prepping stock orders, ensuring timely availability of required materials.
- **Vetting of Project Costing**:

- Thoroughly vet project costing to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Forecasting and Updates**:

- Implement effective forecasting methods and provide regular updates on project progress.
- **Smartsheet Management**:

- Utilize Smartsheet for efficient project planning, tracking, and collaboration.
- **Collaboration with Project Managers**:

- Work closely with project managers, providing support and ensuring seamless communication.
- **Sign Off Pack Preparation**:

- Prepare comprehensive sign-off packs to document project completion and client approval.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Arrange and coordinate site visits, Kick Off meetings, planning sessions, and As-Built documentation.
- **Systems and Portals**:

- Proficiently work on Forcelink System and/or Portals, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite particularly Excel, Word etc.
- **Tool and Equipment Management**:

- Arrange and manage tools and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
- **Fleet Management**:

- Arrange and manage vehicles, overseeing fuel, services, and general maintenance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet and Forcelink System.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
