**Key Responsibilities**:
**Validating Employee Records**
- Information captured on the HR System is checked for accuracy and validated against the relevant documents received, policies and procedures aligned to the various system transactions.
- These transactions are Hires, Terminations, Transfers, Promotions, Change Salary, Manage Contracts and individual compensation.
- Validation of workflows completed timeously and within SLA without compromising accuracy and quality of work
- Communicate clearly to relevant customers any outstanding, missing and incorrect information and ensure timeous follow-ups
- Outbound calls are done as per agreed protocols to ensure corrections received timeously which is critical for payments and overpayments.
- Keep abreast with business, legislation and payroll and system changes to ensure the relevant rules are applied when validating information.

**Service Management**:

- Support internal and external customer queries efficiently by providing clear instruction, timeous information with accurate and concise responses within SLA
- Communication with line managers and employees to be recorded on the relevant HR systems to ensure accurate and comprehensive record keeping and tracking of engagement with customers
- Quick escalation of system, people or process risks or errors identified to ensure swift resolution
- Effectively manage synergy such as categorizing queries correctly and ensure that the queries are always placed on the correct status

**Compliance**:

- Ensure audit compliance standards for the relevant HR Systems.
- Adhering to the standard operating procedures relating to internal processes.
- Verification of customer information through vetting questions
- Protection of employee information always maintained in accordance with POPIA

**General HR Administrative Support**:

- Registration of SARS Numbers for new employees.
- Ad hoc Projects as business requiresLong Service Awards Administration

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- HR related qualification
- 1 - 3 years administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR systems is advantageous
- Previous exposure to a Shared Services or HR Admin type of environment an advantage.
- Relevant systems familiarity and experience in a shared services environment highly desirable
- High service delivery and performance mindset
- Good understanding of HR administrative, consulting and transactional activities
