- Core focus will be to assist the administration of Information Security governance and compliance processes and monitoring and reporting Information Security policy and program compliance. You will require a BCom/BSc Degree in IT or similar field and with 2 years IT Risk/Audit experience including an understanding of regulations relating to IT Risk. You must also have knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and have knowledge of IT Risk, Compliance & Internal Control.**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the remediation process of the identified current and future security threats and provide advice to the organisation on the mitigating measures. - Collaborate with other teams in addressing organisation cyber threats. - Assist with compliance activities on Information Security awareness training for all employees of the organisation. - Assist with Information Security audits findings, Third-Party risk management activities, privacy incidents management, DLP related queries, Cybersecurity incident management, Access governance activities and SSL Certificate management - Facilitate follow up sessions with Risk Officers on Monthly Cyber Metrics - Compile relevant BISO Reports. - Assist the Information Security team and the clients or organisation by serving as a BISO point of contact. - Perform any other duties as directed.**People Specification**
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Essential Qualifications- Relevant information Security Qualifications- B Com/ BSc Information Technology or B Com or related field of study.- Essential Certifications- Preferred Certifications- Minimum Experience Level- At least 2 years IT Risk or Audit experience.- Strong understanding of regulations relating to IT Risk.
- Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standards
- Knowledge of IT Risk, Compliance, and Internal Control.
- Good communication skills, good report writing and presentation skills.
