An Italian Restaurant in Umhlanga seeks an experienced Assistant General Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant General Restaurant Manager. The Assistant General Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, and maintaining high-quality customer service. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff, as well as managing the food and beverage operations.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience in hiring and managing staff
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

**Salary**: From R18 000,00 per month
