Commercial Project Controller needed for a process control and instrumentation company to provide tender commercial support to Operational and Sales Management. Applied experience related to medium and large-scale tenders and contracts.

**Position details**:
Type: Permanent
Reports to: Internal Sales Manager
Primary Purpose: Responsible for overseeing, developing, coordinating, and implementing all tasks related to professional and compliant tender submissions. Responsibility to ensure that all tender commercial terms and conditions are appropriately evaluated to ensure risk quantification and mitigation to applied experience related to medium and large-scale tenders and contracts

Job description / core competencies:
Provide tender commercial support to Operational and Sales Management. Review of customer tender terms and conditions and identify commercial risk and exposure to the business. Manage and document deviations on tender terms and conditions for Management review and approval. Ensure compiled tender documentation meets business, customer, and legislative requirements. Responsible for final review of all tender submission documents before submission to customer - complete, compliant, valid, and accurate. Timeous preparation and submission of tender documents for Exco review. Oversee and ensure tender document repository is maintained.

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
5 years + experience tender and contract review for referral and approval. Evidence of applied exposure to practical elements of Commercial Terms and Conditions and Management thereof. Applied Management and co-ordination of commercial risk. Broad applied understanding of contractual risks and ability to identify and or mitigate risks. Applied experience related to medium and large-scale tenders and contracts. KMS Office Suite - fully conversant with MS Word and MS Excel Attention to detail (Critical) Understanding and interpretation of contractual Commercial Terms & Conditions Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage simultaneous outputs with high level of focus on defined quality parameters
