Purpose:
This role is responsible for coordinating all vendor service calls within stores technical services. The role ensures that follow ups are done and coordinate, the incidents and service requests for stores where vendor interaction is required as well as ensuring that the SLA and billing are accurate and look at possible cost saving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor & Cost Management
- Input provided into annual budgets
- Expenditure contained in line with budget and all expenses authorised appropriately
- Vendor costs managed in line with budgets
- Documentation
- Existing processes all documented
- Documentation freely available to team
- Support/troubleshooting documentation in place and kept up to date
- Service Management
- All SLA response and resolution times met
- Calls effectively resolved (with appropriate detail in call logging system)
- Regular feedback given to customers
- Call Management
- Call updates are clear and up to date
- All incidents and changes linked to relevant changes
- Improvements & Initiatives
- Existing processes reviewed regularly
- Best practice adhered to
- Recommendations made where improvements required
- Projects and Implementation
- Planned realistically
- Progress against plan monitored
- Progress communicated to line manager
- Customer Services
- Service to be professional
- Proactive approach to service delivery where improvements can be made to existing processes
- Good rapport with customers and BRMS’s (SDM’s)
- Customers kept up to date on progress

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of ITIL, incident and problem management best practices
- Understanding of desktop hardware and peripheral knowledge
- Understanding of Windows 10
- Willing to learn

- Able to work independently, as well as within a team
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
