Lead Capital Group is a forward-thinking international sales and marketing company with our head offices based in Cape Town. We specialize in driving targeted leads to our global clients’ online platforms, and ultimately to our highly successful and competitive call centers.

This position would be responsible for creating relevant content related to the product for digital platforms to increase our market presence internationally.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
- Draft creative copy for digital platforms that is consistent with the brand voice.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager and Team to develop branding and strategic marketing concepts
- Will be responsible for writing blogs, marketing contents, website contents, product descriptions and titles, etc.
- Need to write highly compelling and grammatically correct content, keeping within the brand voice and tone.
- Need to research on the latest news and trends to generate informative and engaging contents.
- Work cross functionally to ensure accurate content, consistency, and quality in copy collateral.
- Assist in implementing processes as needed, to optimize copy development

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- SEO knowledge and HTML use an advantage
- MS Office Suits, Social Media understanding
- Content writing for SEO purposes
- Tech savvy with uploading content into digital platforms
- Skilled in Microsoft software including but not limited to Power Point, Google Docs, Word and Outlook
- Exceptional storytelling skills
- Excellent research skills
- Outstanding copywriting expertise
- SEO/SEM, Creative Writer, News Writer, and Content Writer is a desired skill
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- An experienced and creative writer with excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure, thrive in collaborative environments, and can prioritize efficiently to meet deadlines
- You have an up-to-date social perception, your copy is relevant and modern, and you understand how people will react to your writing
- You should be creative-minded
- Profession telephone manner with a clear command of the English language
- Proficiency in other languages is an advantage

**EDUCATION**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, communications or a related field is an advantage
