Purpose of the role:

- The role focuses on driving and delivering ongoing improvements and efficiencies for the Country teams across Betway. The role will require stakeholder management skills as well as working with Derivco Sports, Derivco Durban and all internal product and development teams as well as all the individual country teams to deliver on the individual company goals as well as the wider business initiatives. This is a mid-level role reporting to the Operations Manager as the business continues to increase in scale.

You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Operations & Integrations Manager for the Country Management team to delivery ongoing support and growth to the business-
- Working closely with all Betway product teams to manage the country management feature request backlog-
- Communicate and keep the senior business stakeholders abreast with any feature deliverables or risks/issues regularly-
- Being able to hold weekly/biweekly catchups with the Country Management stakeholders-
- Working with the Operations Managers to constantly find ways to improve any operational or technical processes-
- Being able to provide end to end BAU support to the new country teams’ setup within the operational and technical space-
- Working closely with both Derivco Durban and Derivco Sports on a daily basis to ensure key items remain on track-
- Working closely with the Operations Manager and HOD to prioritise and feedback for the countries on key deliverables they need to maintain market share and growth expectations-
- Working closely with the compliance team to maintain the “Clean Sheet” business goal-
- Create and distribute integrations report to various country teams defining the current status of the deliverables-
- Supporting and at times sharing duties with the Country onboarding manager should the business be looking to onboard multiple markets at any one time- This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The job holder may _

Essential criteria:
- Experience of working with our 3rd party product teams-
- Experience working in online gambling-
- Experience in owning and running initiatives or projects-
- Experience in using project management tools like JIRA, Workfront and confluence to manage workload-
- Good experience of working with product developers, legal, compliance and marketing teams-
- Excellent analytical skills-
- Great communications and stakeholder management skillsDesirable skills:
- P&L ownership experience highly preferable-
- Understanding the value of different publisher traffic sources-
- Strong understanding of major Payment Service Providers relevant to the gaming industryPerson specification- Adaptability,-
