Responsible for the Application Performance Management (APM) deployment, instrumentation, dash boarding of AppDynamics in various environments of the AppDynamics toolset.
Part of the daily tasks will include attending to new requests, incidences logged.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions APM toolset deployments APM instrumentation APM dash boarding Attend to incidences logged Attend to new requests logged APM root cause analysis Assistance to Pre-Sales function Assistance with POV’s Functional Skills
Solid knowledge of Database concepts and exposure to at Least one of the following Database Technologies - Oracle, Postgress, MySQL, Mongo DB, SQL-Server, Berkley.
Troubleshot and Analyse Root Cause

**APM monitoring tools**: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Foglight, etc.

**Scripting - experience with**: shell scripting, perl, groovy, batch scripts, java scripting, etc
Unix and Windows OS and scripting

**DB’s - experience with**: Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, DB2, Mongo

**Understand**: Firewalls and network segments Understanding IT architectural flow

Decision Making 6. Communication and Impact Qualifications NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Engineering OR NQF 4 (Grade 12) Experience

**5 & 7 years solid solid experience in APM monitoring tools**: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Foglight, etc.
Certifications / Professional Registration AppDynamics Certification an advantage. Special Requirements/ Employment Condition Valid Drivers license Ability to be on standby/ work overtime Work Characteristics Billable Office/Client based and Remote
