**Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis**:

- Analyse sales data from retail partners and recommend restocking orders based on trends and performance insights.
- Provide actionable insights to optimise sales and inventory strategies.

**Inventory Management**:

- Processing sales orders and coordinating their handover to the logistics team.
- Manage inventory levels through our inventory system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Oversee the processing of product returns and integrate them into the inventory system.

**Demand Forecasting**:

- Project stock requirements based on current sales trends, customer demand, and shipping lead times.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

**Inventory and Sales Reporting**:

- Create detailed Excel reports, price lists, and analytics for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on stock and sales strategies.

**Key Skills**:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data visualization, and formulas).
- Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication to present insights and collaborate with team members.
- Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in consumer electronics is a plus).
- A degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Inventory Management systems.
