- Job Advert Details- Job Category- Retail- Job Objectives- ACCOUNTABLE FOR: - Forecasting exception management - Project management - Data analysis and reporting System configuration of supplier accounts to optimize most profitable ordering patterns/frequency;
- System setup and collaborate with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies - Analyze opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost - Monitor supplier statistics to ensure adherence Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results;
- Analyze & maintain individual item records - Input and maintain market related information into replenishment solution Product lifecycle management;
- Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from market Place supplier purchase orders to ensure achieval of Inventory and service level policies;
- Daily processing of system recommended orders - Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies - Ensure effective delivery scheduling Promotional Planning and Replenishment;
- Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions - Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions - Analyze weekly promotional demand exceptions- Qualifications- Degree in Supply Chain or relevant qualification
- Experience- Minimum of two years relevant (Retail/Supply Chain) experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and Skills- Deciding and initiating action - Relating & Networking - Presenting and communicating information professionally - Ability to analyze bit data in a pressurized environment - Workload planning and organizing - Adapting and responding to change - Coping with pressure and setbacks - Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge - Product & market knowledge
