Our client a well-established top-notch legal firm into corporate and commercial law with national footprint is looking to employ a Knowledge Management/Professional Support Lawyer in their Commercial Department.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Assisting with the drafting and ongoing maintenance of commercial precedents, guidance and house views
- Legal research
- Compiling document databases
- Providing professional support to corporate/M&A practitioners
- Assisting with legal skills training and development programmes within the firm
- Assisting with researching, trialing, and launching legal tech products within the firm and encouraging user adoption.

**Functional knowledge and experience required**:

- **Extensive** general commercial drafting experience
- Strong technical legal skills and thorough knowledge of commercial law

**Qualifications and expertise required**:

- Admitted Attorney
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience in commercial law
- LLB degree
- LLM in Corporate/Commercial law (advantageous)

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Good presentation skills
- Ability to maintain constructive working relationships with senior lawyers in other teams/departments
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong team player
- Ability to train others
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
