Mis Administrator

Richfield is looking for a well-organized, energetic, and dynamic **MIS Administrator (ITS)** to actively Prepare MIS operational and developmental reports, on monthly basis, for stakeholders. Coordinate, conduct, schedule and record MIS team meetings. To support the administration of the institutions IT systems and provide ITS training to new staff members.

**The role includes but not limited to**:

- Create ITS Account and Support
- Creating Telephone Code
- Managing the ticket system
- Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
- Control and monitoring IT Assets
- Placing Orders
- Managing Purchase Order book
- Filling
- Managing Tablets
- Telephone Management System reports
- Installation and Support of Network & Local Printers
- Support of software products incl. but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- Supporting the videoconferencing facility
- Provide new employees with ITS training and any other system related queries.

**Knowledge/Skills**
- Must possess a solid understanding of PC hardware/peripheral devices, Active Roles and Active Directory, standard operating systems (such as Windows and Microsoft Office Applications)

**Experience**:

**Qualification**:

- BSC IT

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
