The individual needs to be passionate about the Hospitality/Tourism industry. They need to be committed to providing the highest level of customer service and must feel comfortable working in a control room setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent levels of care and service to all visitors. At all times to ensure that visitors have a safe and enjoyable visit, in accordance with the Visitor Experience operating guidelines.
- Identify when business SOPs are not being followed and highlight
- Coordinate and report on the movement of the fleet to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Coordinate and communicate with security personnel to ensure timely responses to incidents.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during high-stress situations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or alarms.
- Conduct regular system checks and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Investigate and report exceptions related to the fleet and related facilities.
- To undertake a service monitoring role as requested under the direction of the designated manager. This will include but are not limited to monitoring the daily service operations, on the day management of all services running and providing the required feedback e.g. reporting etc.
- Use data analysis and reporting to identify areas for operational improvement.
- To keep all work areas presentable, clean and tidy.

**Requirements**:

- Must reside in the Franschhoek/Paarl/Stellenbosch Area or able to commute.
- Must have a valid licence and own Transport
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must have experience in Tourism/Hospitality Sector
- Previous experience in logistics and/or operations will be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in logistics or operations management (National Diploma or equivalent)
