- Ensure timeously placement of all purchase orders to meet customer demands at all times.
- Track customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Keep track of the necessary documentation by following the existing Company procedures.
- Ensure proper and accurate record keeping of all documents related to order processing.
- Support and assist team members where possible.
- Ensure reporting requirements are adhered to.
- Learning about the divisions products/services and remaining up to date with any changes.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Grade 12
- Must have Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, supply chain or any other related to the above position.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to have forward thinking.
- Must have the aptitude to communicate with the various internal and external teams.
- Must be able to work well within a team.
