The African Union Development Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Senior Human Resource Officer-Talent Management.

**Required Skills and Competencies**

- Knowledge and working understanding of Microsoft Office suite and sound knowledge of SAP HCM.

- Report writing, communication and presentation skills.

**Education and Experience**:
A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Development, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related discipline with seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Management, particularly in the design and implementation of recruitment, selection and onboarding out of which three (3) years should be at supervisory role within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.

Or

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline with ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management particularly in the design and implementation recruitment, selection and onboarding within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.

**Remuneration**:Indicative basic salary of US$42,018.78 per annum plus other entitlements e.g. Post Adjustment (57% of basic salary), Housing allowance ($21,832.68 per annum), pension (19% of basic salary), education allowance, medical aid, life and accident insurance in conformity with the rules and procedures applicable to internationally recruited staff of the African Union.
