Mission

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in the Offer Zen Embedded team, providing a high-touch hiring service to our clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers to understand and meet our clients' hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to showcase your sourcing skills by finding and engaging top talent. What success looks like:

- Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various tech roles across different companies and industries.
- Meet or exceed targets for sourcing, screening, and interviewing, contributing to successful candidate placements.
- Provide outstanding candidate experiences and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with the Offer Zen Embedded team, supporting overall hiring success and team objectives.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Account Managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop sourcing strategies.
- Use Offer Zen as a sourcing channel to identify potential candidates for our customers' job openings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for Offer Zen's customers.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates to gauge their interest, availability, and suitability for roles.
- Engage candidates through personalised messaging, promoting the company's brand and value proposition.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist with coordination of interviews and other recruitment activities
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
- Identify areas for improvement in sourcing and adjust strategies to enhance outcomes.

- Marketing ability - Able to advertise opportunities within open positions, promote the benefits of joining the Offer Zen's clients (employer branding), and advocate for the talents and experience of candidates

Background (Qualifications, Skills, Experience)

- - 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.

- Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent through sourcing channels. Experience in Agency / and RPO will be beneficial.

- Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process.

- Experience working within a high growth tech startup/scale up is preferable

- This role can be based locally or remotely - we welcome all applicants based in South Africa.
