Customer Service Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer needs are met and identify opportunities for Key Account Managers.
- Resolve queries escalated by Account Managers within a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure clients are satisfied with services.
- Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage documentation and records in line with the customers retention strategy.
- Handle and resolve client concerns or complaints effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-year degree (B-degree).
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player.
- Business acumen with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly computer literate.
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license required.
