Location: Premium Office, Cape Town CBD Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM SAST (On-site, US Business Hours) Requirements Your Role: Key Responsibilities (Acquisition & Consulting Focus) As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for: - High-Volume Outbound Calling: Executing 100-200 dials per day to US business owners. - Pipeline Generation: Building instant rapport and qualifying prospects for Fundwell's financing products. - Executive Engagement: Handling objections and positioning solutions in a professional, consultative manner. - Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress in the CRM system. Who We Need (High-Potential Graduates) We are seeking ambitious individuals with the potential for elite performance: - Educational Excellence: A recent Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related commercial field (Graduated within the last 12-24 months). - Impeccable US English Communication: Flawless, neutral, and clear English accent required to communicate professionally with US executives. Commitment to US Hours: Must be fully committed to working US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST) on-site in Cape Town.
