Engineering Administrator

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Administrator to join our client's team in the engineering sector. This role is critical in providing administrative support to engineering projects and facilitating smooth communication between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation related to engineering projects, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for engineering meetings.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for the engineering department.
- Handle communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers as necessary.
- Support the engineering team with tasks related to project tracking and budget management.
- Maintain a filing system for all engineering project documentation.
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the engineering team.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Planning and Scheduling
- Technical Background
- Computer Literacy
- 3 Years Relevant Experience in a FMCG Environment
- 3 Years Post Qualification Experience
- 3 Years Relevant Experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Valid Driver's License (2 Years)
- Forklift License (2 Years)
