  • Minimum 7 years' experience in sales and/or client support, with experience managing a temporary/contingent recruitment business being advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience with demonstrated success building and leading support and client relationship management teams.
  • A strong existing network in Africa would be advantageous.
  • A track record of growing a similar type business in the South African or African market would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor's Degree and professional qualifications in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
