• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars for executives or teams.

• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, including organizing travel arrangements and itineraries.

• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Manage databases and prepare and file documentation as required.

• Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and process invoices for billing.

• Support employee training and development initiatives, ensuring proper functioning of office equipment and technology.

Required Skills:

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to represent the company effectively.
