Role Overview

We are seeking a Radiology Sales Representative to join our team in Pretoria, focusing on sales and business development for radiology equipment, CAD AI software, mobile X-ray clinics, and related services.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in radiography, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Identify potential clients in both public and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, and health organizations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare industry. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand the specific needs of clients in South Africa and the broader Southern African region.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your radiography background to provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to clients. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their teams.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within South Africa and the Southern African region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in radiography, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately R750,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a performance-based bonus structure, comprehensive medical aid, and generous leave entitlements.
