Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at West Coast Personnel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling equipment maintenance, as well as providing administrative support to our service technicians.

• Remote Monitoring and Analysis: The Equipment Maintenance Coordinator will utilize software to remotely monitor and analyze sites, identifying potential issues and reporting on findings monthly.
• Fault Finding Assistance: Assist service technicians with fault finding on sites, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Scheduling and Record Keeping: Schedule servicing of equipment, maintain records of maintenance plans, and send reminders to stakeholders as needed.
• Customer Quotations: Provide quotations to customers for improved performance of equipment, leveraging expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Product Sourcing: Identify and source products from suppliers to meet customer needs, working closely with procurement teams.
• Order Coordination: Oversee and coordinate new orders for Boiler Management Systems, ensuring timely delivery and installation.

• Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Trade Tested certification.
• Knowledge and Experience: Strong understanding of thermodynamics, steam generation, and combustion principles. Proficiency in basic electrical knowledge (ELC1 & ELC2) is essential.
• Skills: Excellent administrative skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail. A valid driver's license and clear criminal record are required.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
