Job Summary

The New Business Sales Partner role at RTT Contract Logistics is a dynamic opportunity for a driven sales professional to secure new clients for our Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts services.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Contract Logistics and Warehousing sectors.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics and Warehousing.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
