New Business Development Specialist

The New Business Sales Partner role at RTT Contract Logistics is a dynamic opportunity for a driven sales professional to secure new clients for our Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts services.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Contract Logistics and Warehousing sectors.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide clients with expert advice on Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics and Warehousing.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
