Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Profile Personnel. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various settings.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including mechanical and programming components.
  • Manage electrical requirements and instructions to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Work according to drawings and documentation supplied, electrically wiring machinery according to electrical designs.
  • FOLLOW health and safety procedures, assembly safety practices, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Document assembly restrictions, manage requirements, and control delays through effective communication with management and colleagues.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, time requirements, and facility quality standards.
  • Develop, track, evaluate, and drive improvements in manufacturing and assembly methods.
  • Assist in installing design changes as released by electrical designers.
  • Confer with designers and manufacturing resources to ensure efficient and correct assembly processes.
  • Assist in planning total operation requirements, including workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and layout for maximum efficiency.
  • Repair damaged goods or problem areas to ensure smooth progress.
  • Test sub-assembly units and complete facilities to meet project, marketing, safety, product, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation trails.
  • Work on-site, locally, and abroad, providing continuous feedback to the I&C Manager on progress.
  • Liaise with customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Electrical Artisan with 3-5 years' experience in automation.
  • Drivers License Code 08.
  • Ability to read and interpret details and requirements from electrical design drawings.
  • Experience with interfacing/extracting information from external sources.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures within the company and on customer sites.
