TalentCru, a renowned provider of staffing solutions and workforce management, is seeking an accomplished Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Gauteng.

As a key member of the TalentCru team, this individual will be responsible for maintaining and growing the company's database by identifying and registering potential candidates. They will ensure the quality and ongoing performance of assigned personnel by identifying training needs and monitoring their performance management at the clinical interface, adhering to the principles of the L.R.A.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma in General Nursing
  • Registration with SANC
  • B.Cur Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience
  • At least 2 years of private hospital work experience
  • A valid Code 8 driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Prior ICU experience is advantageous

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Recruitment of assignees
  • Registration, induction, and orientation of assignees
  • Ongoing upskilling and clinical evaluations of assignees
  • Ensuring adherence to Charisma policy and procedure at the clinical interface
  • Monitoring and managing the conduct and performance of assignees at the clinical interface
  • Retention of assignees
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Collaboration with Nurse Managers and Unit Managers to identify staffing requirements and implement proactive solutions
  • Attending relevant meetings at the clinical interface
  • Maintenance and integrity of the database
  • Record-keeping, report compilation, trend monitoring, and statistics analysis
  • Personal development to ensure knowledge and skills are current and aligned with the clinical environment
