Placement Dynamics is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to drive sales growth and manage new client relationships for a Promotional Products company in South Africa.

About the Role:
- We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South Africa.
- The successful candidate will identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to deliver exceptional events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of external sales experience.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
