About the Role


As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue objectives for our clients. Your primary focus will be to investigate potential opportunities in new markets, establish a strong presence in assigned territories, and cultivate robust networks with potential clients.



Key Responsibilities



  • Meet predetermined sales and revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's strategy, growth plan, revenue, and profit trends, as well as associated risks
  • Mitigate business risks by continuously monitoring internal and external factors, including stakeholder needs and market developments
  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet client expectations and provide a compelling rationale for investment, outlining anticipated returns
  • Secure new business opportunities and deliver exceptional post-sales customer support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics


Requirements



  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling IT solutions
  • Working knowledge of financing models and a deep understanding of industry trends
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Financial Management, or equivalent NQF 7 qualification


Compensation and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and paid time off.
