Enterprise Sales Strategist

About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue objectives for our clients. Your primary focus will be to investigate potential opportunities in new markets, establish a strong presence in assigned territories, and cultivate robust networks with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet predetermined sales and revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's strategy, growth plan, revenue, and profit trends, as well as associated risks
- Mitigate business risks by continuously monitoring internal and external factors, including stakeholder needs and market developments
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet client expectations and provide a compelling rationale for investment, outlining anticipated returns
- Secure new business opportunities and deliver exceptional post-sales customer support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling IT solutions
- Working knowledge of financing models and a deep understanding of industry trends
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Financial Management, or equivalent NQF 7 qualification
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and paid time off.
