Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand campaigns and initiatives, maximizing impact and efficiency.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events internationally to stay up-to-date on market trends, network with peers, and promote the company's brand.
  • Travel extensively to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships, driving business growth and revenue.

This is a live-out position requiring extensive international travel.

Salary: R45kpm-R60kpm (DOE)
