Position Overview: This is a full-time, fully remote role with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
A strategic thinker with a passion for fostering client success will excel in this role. Building long-lasting relationships and driving results are key responsibilities. As a Strategic Vision Partner, you will work closely with valued B2B clients in the vision industry, helping them reach their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Advocacy: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Seamless Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between clients and product managers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality standards, and best practices.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data from various sources to gain insights, refine strategies, set new goals, and enhance client outcomes.
- Growth Catalyst: Proactively develop solutions that address client needs and drive measurable growth.
- Industry Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the vision industry and tailor strategies to meet each clients unique needs, maximizing impact.
- Campaign Management: Oversee complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables that drive ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years in account management or client project management.
- 2+ years in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering positive ROI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for keeping up with trends in the vision industry and a solid understanding of topics relevant to B2B clients.
