Job Description

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive sales growth in the electronic solutions space.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a deep understanding of the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Built strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
  • Experience in the electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers
  • Affinity for technical products and solutions
  • Experience in either Security Distributors or Electrical Wholesales or ICT Distributors
